The Soulbop Band is the Brainstorm of Randy Brecker and Bill Evans that started in 2003 with their first Whirlwind summer tour of Major Jazz Festivals Worldwide. Each member was an all-star and leader in their own right. Bill on Saxophones, Randy on trumpet, with Steve Smith on drums , Victor Bailey on Bass, Hiram bullock on guitar, Dave Kikoski on keyboards. This double CD has since been considered a contemporary classic in its own right. The Soulbop band went on to do one major tour per year for over 16 years.
